  • Perishable Goods: Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we cannot accept returns unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
  • Proof of Purchase: You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Process for Returns:

  3. Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the returned product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Refunds:

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
